WHAT: Training must cover:
• Cybersecurity plan
• Recognition and detection of threats and cyber incidents
• Techniques used to circumvent cybersecurity
• Reporting procedures
• OT-specific cyber training for those who use OT
• Roles and responsibilities during a cyber incident and response
• Changing cybersecurity threats and countermeasures
WHEN: Training must be complete by January 12, 2026 and then annually thereafter.
WHY: Required per 33 CFR 101.650 (d).
